Delete your Vespera account

This page explains how to delete your account for Vespera, the walking app developed by SJR LLC.

In the app

Go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@fluxrunai.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Vespera account”. We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and email address
• Your username
• All your walks and routes
• Your leaderboard entries
• Your challenge progress
• Your follows and friends

What may be kept

• Purchase records that Apple, Google or RevenueCat must keep for tax and accounting.
• Backups, which expire within 90 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first (see Support).
