Vespera

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and SJR LLC, the operator of Vespera (“the app”). We've kept them short and plain.

1. Accepting these terms

By downloading or using Vespera you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Fitness, not medical advice

Vespera is for general fitness tracking. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise routine, especially if you have a health condition. While walking, stay aware of your surroundings and traffic, and don't look at your phone when it isn't safe to.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and don't share them. Each account is for one person. You're responsible for activity on your account.

4. Usernames and published walks

Usernames and walks you publish to the leaderboard must not be offensive, impersonate anyone, or mislead others. Don't cheat (for example by recording walks you didn't do), abuse the service or other users, or try to interfere with how the app works. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Vespera Pro subscriptions

6. Apple users

If you use Vespera on iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

7. No warranty and limited liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, SJR LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page and update the date above; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
