Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Vespera (“the app”) is operated by SJR LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address and an account identifier when you sign up (email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google). If you choose a username for the leaderboard, it is shown publicly next to walks you publish.
- Walk data: while you record a walk, the app uses your device's precise location to measure distance, pace and route, and stores each walk (date, distance, duration, pace, speed, elevation and route) in your account so it is available on all your devices.
- Purchases: if you subscribe to Vespera Pro, our payment partner RevenueCat receives information about the purchase (product, date, status) from Apple or Google so we can unlock Pro on your devices. We never see or store your payment card details.
- Advertising: the free version shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about ad interactions and app performance. On iOS, the advertising identifier is only used for personalised ads if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt; you can change this any time in Settings. Pro subscribers see no ads.
- Diagnostics: basic crash and performance information may be collected by our service providers to keep the app working.
How we use it
To provide the app's features (recording and syncing walks, goals, streaks, leaderboards and challenges), to manage your subscription, to show ads in the free version, to keep the service secure (including preventing abuse) and to fix problems. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of the app for us: Google Firebase (sign-in and app infrastructure), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Google AdMob (ads), and our hosting provider. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. Walks you choose to publish to the leaderboard are visible to other users with your username; a route map is only shown if you choose to include it. We may disclose data if required by law.
Where and how long
Data is stored on servers in the United States and the European Union. We keep your account and walks until you delete them. Deleting your account permanently removes your account, walks, leaderboard entries and username from our systems within 30 days (backups roll off within 90 days). Purchase records may be kept as required by tax and accounting law.
Your choices and rights
You can view and delete individual walks in the app, change your username, turn off tracking on iOS, and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete Account, or see https://vespera.fluxrunai.com/delete-account.html). Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA) you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children
Vespera is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes and contact
We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Questions: support@fluxrunai.com — SJR LLC.
